First of all I am regenerated Christian, I have been so for a little over a year thanks to my wife who is a new born again Christian. I found the Lord is dot com and thought it would be good to share some of what I am going through in my daily struggles, what I have been blessed with, what I am still waiting on, and my thoughts on the Living Word of God. May 6,2008 The site project is going slower than I thought. I thought I would mention what i believe is the two most powerful words in the Bible. I know that the Bible is the living word of God. You can read the same scripture over and over but then one day it God opens your I eyes to the realization of the meaning to the scripture when you need it most. The most powerful words in the Bible to me out "I AM". They can free you from what you are battling at the time and to empower you to accomplish things. In Exodus when God tells Moses to tell the Israelites that he want s them out of bondage. Moses asks who do I tell them sent me . The Lord says "Tell them I AM is the one who sent you ". Then in the new testament the Roman guards asked the group of people which one was Jesus, Jesus replied "I AM" and the guards were knocked down. Also in Revelations God say I AM the Alpha and Omega the first and last. Anyway it got me to thinking. When Satan (the accuser) is battling with you in you your mind. I think and say: I AM forgiven, I AM a child of God, I AM Saved, I AM an over comer of my situation. I AM is the one who will break the chains that bound me. I tell you those two words have empowered me to over come. Think about it if Jesus can knock down the guards and Moses can tell the Israelites IAM, and they followed. Why can't we as Christians use the same power granted to us through the Holy Spirit? We do have to be careful with that power of I AM, because we can use it as all things in good and bad. To glorify God, and to Glorify ourselves and bound ourselves. I look at how many times I use to say I am not able to do something or I am stupid I am an idiot, those words bound me up. The world has so many "self help" books that tell us to change our thinking by changing our thoughts. for example I am a good person (we all know that a good person can't get into heaven by works), I am able to be rich. I am able to etc and etc. My point is I AM is GOD and and our power, and I am is us trying to be gods of our domain. We can conquer the things in our life's by using IAM through Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. I AM saved is a fact, I AM forgiven is a fact, I AM going to over come adversity is a fact, The Bible says his word does not come back void. Claiming the power of I AM with the glory given to God is the power that can free us from so many things. Especially when battling our own thoughts and fear. Fear is from Satan. By standing on Gods I AM defeats that Satan the accuser to take our eyes off our God and our Savior Jesus Christ. I write these things in Jesus Name. God Bless you. Duane
